To collaborate among supervisors, team members or administrative staff. Yes; Cannot be Limited
For training of new staff. Yes; May be Limited. FreshStarts Will Contact You for Explicit Permission Prior to Use of any Protected Health Information.
For marketing of any type. No.
For additional service referrals. Yes; Upon Request.

FreshStarts has a legal duty to maintain the privacy of Protected Health Information. To keep up with this duty, FreshStarts only uses HIPAA compliant software and communication avenues to transfer Protected Health Information.
